Complete and Part-Complete Machines

All machines and part-machines are sold on the basis as requiring restoration and may not be road worthy even if currently MOT'd. Machines are sold as seen and approved and may or may not be complete. The seller being under no obligation to supply any additional parts unless agreed and listed. The buyer to verify the machine's true model and cc at time of sale.

REFUNDS GIVEN UPON RETURN OF MACHINE, WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME, IN CONDITION AS SOLD.

All Other Parts

Unless specifically stated no assembly or sub-assembly will have been dismantled for inspection by us.

All parts are sold in good faith, we state what we believe to be the case concerning each item.

We will accept returns if you are not happy with your purchase, in the same condition as sent out from us, however no reimbursement will be made on any return postage costs you may incurr.
